Channels

The Community Access Network (CAN) reaches more than 400,000 households in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties. CAN is shared by many community media centers in the greater Portland metro area. Programs on CAN are seen throughout Portland and in communities such as Beaverton, Gresham, and Oregon City. Catch CAN 11 on Xfinity Channel 11 and CenturyLink Channels 11 and 1011 (in HD.) 

ITN 22 reaches approximately 179,000 households within Portland. A wide variety of programs can be found on the ITN channels including: public affairs talk shows, neighborhood association meetings, religious services and inspirational programs, comedy shows, music performances, cultural events, programs serving special communities, in-depth documentaries and a wide range of special interest programming. Each year PCM independent producers submit over 7,000 new video programs for cablecast on ITN channels.Independent Television Network (ITN) channels 22 and 23 carry programs produced or sponsored by Portland area independent producers. Channel 23 reaches approximately 241,000 households in Portland and East Multnomah county. A wide variety of programs can be found on these channels including: public affairs talk shows, neighborhood association meetings, religious services, comedy shows, music performances, cultural events, programs serving special communities, in-depth documentaries and a wide range of special interest programming. Each year PCM averages over 7,000 new video programs and 8,000 hours of producer services.Independent Television Network (ITN) channels 22 and 23 carry programs produced or sponsored by Portland area independent producers. Catch ITN 23 on Xfinity Channel 23 and CenturyLink Channels 8003 and 8503 (in HD). 

Pulse of Portland (POP) channel 29 carries local and national public affairs and educational programs. POP 29 is programmed by PCM staff based on results and feedback from community and viewer surveys. Programs on POP 29 are targeted to meet PCM's goals to provide non-commercial alternatives to mainstream media, and to better represent the variety in our local community. CityNet 30 reaches approximately 200,000 households in Portland connecting viewers to their local government. Programming carried on CityNet 30 includes: gavel-to-gavel coverage of city and county meetings, special local public affairs programs, and many City of Portland committee and bureau meetings. CityNet 30 allows Portland residents to stay in touch with their local government and elected officials, and to be aware of important decisions and legislation that may impact our way of life.
