Pulse of Portland - POP29

Pulse of Portland (POP) channel 29 carries local and national public affairs and educational programs. POP 29 is programmed by PCM staff based on results and feedback from community and viewer surveys. Programs on POP 29 are targeted to meet PCM's goals to provide non-commercial alternatives to mainstream media, and to better represent the variety in our local community.
