Independent Television Network - ITN23

Independent Television Network (ITN) channels 22 and 23 carry programs produced or sponsored by Portland area independent producers.

Channel 23 reaches approximately 241,000 households in Portland and East Multnomah county. A wide variety of programs can be found on these channels including: public affairs talk shows, neighborhood association meetings, religious services, comedy shows, music performances, cultural events, programs serving special communities, in-depth documentaries and a wide range of special interest programming. Each year PCM averages over 7,000 new video programs and 8,000 hours of producer services.
